How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 2 to 4 days business days. Please allow 24-72 hours to receive your tracking number for your bundle purchases. All notifications are sent to the purchaser's email. Please make sure that addresses and emails are correct when purchasing.
What are the business hours?
Business hours are Tuesday thru Friday, 10am-5:30pm EST
Saturday 9am-2pm EST.
Can I pick up my hair, or order hair online, if I'm Local?
Yes, however there is a 1-hour minimum processing wait time. Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a confirmation text or email on when to pick up your order. Location: Downtown Birmingham
Pre-Orders:
If we are out of stock with a wig or bundles you're interested in, you can make your order in-store (full payment) is needed & we will ship directly to your home. Our warehouse in Atlanta shipping is extremely fast. We can assist with any questions you have in store. ( just give us a call)
What if my packages are stolen or lost?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; all claims should be filed with the courier. (Please make sure your address & email addresses are correct when placing an order online.)
What if my bundles are not on hand in the store, can I still place my order?
Yes you can, you can still purchase your bundles. We will provide you with a receipt within 48-72 hours you can come to pick up your order or we can directly ship your order to your home.
Can my bundles be returned?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS.

How much would my shipping be?

Our Cambodian extensions can last through multiple installs. 1 to 2 years if cared for properly.
