     Shipping Delivery Times at The Bundle Depot

​

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–6 business days.

  • Shipping to Birmingham typically takes 1-2 business days after processing.

  • Tracking details will be sent to the provided email within 48 hours of placing your order. (PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM AS WELL)

  • All updates and notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Important: Please ensure that your shipping address and email are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect information.

  • Once your order leaves The Bundle Depot, it is in the hands of our shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, and other vendors). Please note that we do not control shipping transit times once the package is handed off to the carrier.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
    For example:

  • Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday (or next business day).

  • Holidays we are closed on all major holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed once normal business operations resume.

 

How Can I Order Hair if I’m Local:

​

   All local orders require a minimum processing time of 45 minutes to 1 hour.

   We no longer offer local pick-up services in Birmingham.

  • Atlanta: Local pick-up is only available in Atlanta.

  • Birmingham: Orders are now delivered directly to your front door via local shipping.

    Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation via text or email with details on:

  • When and where to pick up your order (for Atlanta), or

  • Shipping status and delivery details (for Birmingham).

Handling Lost or Stolen Packages​

​

 We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit. All such claims must be       filed directly with the shipping carrier.

 Please double-check that your shipping address and email are correct when placing your order.     Incorrect information may result in delays, mis deliveries, or lost packages, for which we cannot be held liable.

Cambodian Hair Extensions

Cambodian hair is known for its slightly coarse texture, making it an excellent choice for styling. It holds curls beautifully and offers superior heat resistance compared to many other hair types. Each bundle typically weighs between 3.3 to 3.9 ounces, providing a full and voluminous look.

Raw hair extensions come in natural shades ranging from black to dark brown, ensuring a flawless blend with a variety of hair textures and grades. These bundles are tangle-free, dye-friendly, and maintain their silky softness and natural shine, all while offering exceptional quality at a competitive price.

Can my bundles be returned?

Please note that returns are not accepted. We strongly encourage you to review all product details, including sizing, materials, and descriptions, carefully before completing your purchase.

 

What Are the Shipping Costs?

Once you add items to your cart, shipping rates and state taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that both shipping costs and taxes vary by location.

We offer the following shipping options at set rates:

  • Next-Day Shipping

  • 2-Day Shipping

  • Standard Shipping   Choose the option that best fits your needs during checkout.

 

How long will my Cambodian bundles and Raw Bundles last?

 

With proper care, our Cambodian extensions can be reused for multiple installations and last up to 1.5 years. In comparison, our Raw bundles offer exceptional durability, with a lifespan of 2 to 3 years when maintained correctly.
